During the Christmas of 2005 in Singapore, six three dimensional animated songbirds were released from Christmas gift boxes which were situated at the Scotts junction. Also created at the same time was the world’s tallest artificial Christmas tree consisting of 11,520 artificial pine leaves, 15,000 dazzling white fairy lights, 200 rope lights, and around 500 blinking strobes.
