Even on Christmas Eve he goes back to work instead of taking some time off and enjoying the festival of Christmas. After spending the entire Christmas Eve at work when he finally returns home at night disaster strikes. A street sign heavy from the snow escapes its holds and falls on his head.

He wakes up to find himself in the hospital with a no-nonsense nurse who tells him he has 12 opportunities to make things right and hence comes the name the 12 days of Christmas. This is a predictable yet heartwarming Christmas movie which is a one time watch.
