Cranberry Chutney is prepared by blending cranberries, vinegar, water, sugar, cloves, cinnamon and gingerroot in a saucepan which is boiled with constant stirring and made to cool and then is refrigerated. Beef Bourguignon is cooked by first cooking beef slices in a pan till golden brown and then after removing them, bacon is cooked in the same pan till fully fried to which garlic is added. Wine is heated on high flame to which thyme, tomato paste, beef stock, pepper and salt are added.This mixture is brought to boil in medium heat and after straining the sauce, onions and carrots are added to the mixture and cooked till soft and thick.

The sauce is prepared by mixing flour and butter. Mushrooms are then separately sautéed in oil and butter. Beef slices, bacon and mushrooms are cooked in the pan with the sauce and vegetables and the whole thing is covered and heated. Beef Bourguignon is served after being garnished.

Standing Rib Roast and Yorkshire Pudding have also got some of the hottest Christmas Eve Recipes. Standing Rib Roast is prepared by cooking beef roasts, mixed with flour, pepper and salt on a high flame for making the meat soft and spicy. Yorkshire Pudding is cooked by baking the mixture of milk, eggs, flour and salt.
